What shows, and in what order

Untick anything you'd rather leave out. Drag the dots (or use the arrows) to change the order.

    Logo
PNG, JPG or SVG. A logo with a transparent or white background works best.
Where a click on the logo goes. Leave empty for your website.
A short line next to your logo, after a thin divider - like "Official Partner" or "Est. 1998".
    Headshot
A clear, friendly head-and-shoulders photo works best.
The first group looks the same everywhere. The second shows as chosen in Outlook on Windows (most business readers); Gmail and phones without it use the nearest match.
Words reads "Office:", "Mobile:", "Email:" - a classic corporate look.
Two per line puts the office number and mobile side by side, then email and website - a shorter signature.

    Social icons

Add the links you want as icons. Leave the rest empty.

What do you want to promote?

Every email you send can carry a banner for what you're selling right now. Pick a goal - we'll design it in your colours. Banners show on new emails - and on replies too if you choose The full signature for replies (click Reply above the preview).

    Where it goes

Beside the details looks great on a computer. Phone email apps keep it beside the details too, so it stays narrow (square banners).

Above the details is the most eye-catching spot - great for a short campaign.

Let people answer straight from your email - rate your service with one click, RSVP to an event, or open one of your forms. Answers are collected once you create your free account.

Up to three. An event disappears from signatures by itself once its date has passed.

    Button
    Disclaimer
For legal, confidentiality or POPIA wording your company needs. Shown in small grey text. Up to 1,500 characters.
A small underlined link under your contact details - for a long disclaimer on your website.

    Replies and forwards

Long signatures repeated down an email thread get messy - the short version keeps replies tidy.

    Space after the signature

Empty lines under the signature in an email, so a reply's earlier messages don't start right underneath it.

    Picture quality

Sharp pictures stay crisp on phones and high-resolution screens. If your logo or icons show too big in an email app (some Outlook set-ups do), choose exact size.
